You can't make voice calls - Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1

Cause 1 of 12: Barring of outgoing calls is turned on

If barring of outgoing calls is turned on, you can't make calls.

Solution: Turn off barring of outgoing calls.

Step 1 of 15

Find "Voice call"

Press the menu icon.

Find "Voice call"

Press Phone.

Press the menu icon.

Press Call settings.

Find "Voice call"

Press Additional settings.

Find "Voice call"

Press Call barring.

Step 7 of 15

Find "Voice call"

Press Voice call.

Cancel all call barrings

Press each of the following barring types to cancel them:
All outgoing calls

Cancel all call barrings

International calls

Step 10 of 15

Cancel all call barrings

Int'l calls except home

Step 11 of 15

Cancel all call barrings

All incoming calls

Step 12 of 15

Cancel all call barrings

Incoming when roaming

Cancel all call barrings

Key in your barring password (default is 0000), and press OK.

Step 14 of 15

Cancel all call barrings

When the box next to the menu item is empty, call barring is turned off.
Repeat until all call barrings have been cancelled.

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Voice call"

Press the menu icon.
Press Phone.
Press the menu icon.
Press Call settings.
Press Additional settings.
Press Call barring.
Press Voice call.

2 Cancel all call barrings

Press each of the following barring types to cancel them:
All outgoing calls
International calls
Int'l calls except home
All incoming calls
Incoming when roaming
Key in your barring password (default is 0000), and press OK.
When the box next to the menu item is empty, call barring is turned off.
Repeat until all call barrings have been cancelled.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
