Cause 2 of 12: Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown

If Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown, your call won't go through.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Step 1 of 8

Find "Caller ID"

Press the menu icon.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Phone.

Find "Caller ID"

Press the menu icon.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Call settings.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Additional settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Caller ID.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Network default, Hide number or Show number.

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press Call settings.
Press Additional settings.

Press Caller ID.
