You can't make voice calls - Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7

Cause 2 of 11: Fixed dialling is turned on

Fixed dialling allows you to select which numbers your phone can call and send messages to. When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only make calls and send messages to fixed numbers.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Step 1 of 7

Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Apps.

Step 2 of 7

Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 7

Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Call.

Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Fixed Dialing Numbers.

Step 5 of 7

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press Enable FDN or Disable FDN (depending on the current setting).

Step 6 of 7

Turn fixed dialling on or off

Key in your PIN2 and press OK.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Apps.
Press Settings.
Press Call.
Press Fixed Dialing Numbers.

2 Turn fixed dialling on or off

Press Enable FDN or Disable FDN (depending on the current setting).
Key in your PIN2 and press OK.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
