If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with caller identification turned on, your call won't go through.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Find "Show your caller ID"

Press the phone icon.

Press the menu icon.

Find "Show your caller ID"

Press Settings.

Find "Show your caller ID"

Press Supplementary services.

Find "Show your caller ID"

Press Show your caller ID below the required SIM.

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Always to turn on caller identification.

Press Never to turn off caller identification.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Show your caller ID"

Press the phone icon.
Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Supplementary services.
Press Show your caller ID below the required SIM.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Always to turn on caller identification.
Press Never to turn off caller identification.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
