If your phone hasn't been correctly set up for text messaging, you may not be able to send text messages.

Solution: Set up your phone for text messaging.

Press the menu icon.

Press Settings.

Turn request for delivery reports on or off

Press Delivery reports below Text message (SMS) settings to turn the function on or off.

Turn request for delivery reports on or off

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.

Save the message centre number

Press Message Centre.

Save the message centre number

Key in +6421600600 and press OK.

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.

2 Turn request for delivery reports on or off

Press Delivery reports below Text message (SMS) settings to turn the function on or off.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.

3 Save the message centre number

Press Message Centre.
Key in +6421600600 and press OK.

4 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
