Reset network settings

If you have problems using network configurations on your phone, such as mobile data, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, resetting the network settings may help.

Step 1 of 8

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Step 2 of 8

Press the settings icon.

Step 3 of 8

Press Additional Settings.

Step 4 of 8

Press Back up and reset.

Step 5 of 8

Press Reset phone.

Step 6 of 8

Press Reset network settings.

Please note that all saved APN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections and passwords, you've created, are deleted.

Press Reset network settings.

Step 8 of 8

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1. 1. Find "Reset phone"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press Reset network settings.

3. 3. Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
