I can't start my Doro 6520 Proprietary OS

Cause 1 of 7: The phone lock code is turned on

When the phone lock code is turned on, it needs to be keyed in every time you turn on your phone.

Solution: Turn off phone lock code.

Step 1 of 9

Find "Phone lock"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Phone lock"

Select Settings.

Find "Phone lock"

Select Security.

Step 4 of 9

Find "Phone lock"

Select Phone lock.

Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Select On to turn on the function.

Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Key in the phone lock code (default is 1234) and press the Navigation key.

Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Select Off to turn off the function.

Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Key in the phone lock code (default is 1234) and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Phone lock"

Press the Navigation key.
Select Settings.
Select Security.
Select Phone lock.

2 Turn use of phone lock code on or off

Select On to turn on the function.
Key in the phone lock code (default is 1234) and press the Navigation key.
Select Off to turn off the function.
Key in the phone lock code (default is 1234) and press the Navigation key.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
