I can't receive voice messages on my Doro 6520 Proprietary OS

Cause 2 of 4: Incoming calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

To receive voice messages, you need to divert calls you can't answer to your voicemail.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Find "Call divert"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Calls.

Select Call setup.

Select Call divert.

Divert calls to voicemail

Select the required divert type.

Select Activate.

Select Set number.

Key in 707 and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Call divert"

Press the Navigation key.

Select Settings.

Select Calls.

Select Call setup.

Select Call divert.

2 Divert calls to voicemail

Select the required divert type.

Select Activate.

Select Set number.

Key in 707 and press the Navigation key.

Press the Navigation key.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
