I can't use the internet connection on my Apple iPad Pro 11 iPadOS 13.2

Cause 1 of 4: Data roaming is turned off

To use your tablet's internet connection when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Mobile Data Options"

Press Settings.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

Press Mobile Data Options.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Data Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

3 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
