You can't use Wi-Fi - Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Cause 1 of 4: Wi-Fi is turned off in your phone

If Wi-Fi is turned off in your phone, you can't find a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press the settings icon.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator next to "Wi-Fi" until the function is turned on.

Step 4 of 6

Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required Wi-Fi network.

Step 5 of 6

Connect to Wi-Fi network

Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.
Press Connect.

Step 6 of 6

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Wi-Fi"

2 Turn on Wi-Fi

3 Connect to Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.

Follow the instructions on the display to select security settings, if required.
Press Connect.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
