Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 707 to check your voice messages.

Find "Voicemail number"

Press Phone.

Press the Keypad tab.

Press the Menu key.

Save voicemail number

Key in 707 and press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Voicemail number"

Press Phone.
Press the Keypad tab.
Press the Menu key.
Press Call settings.
Press Voicemail settings.
Press Voicemail number.

2 Save voicemail number

Key in 707 and press OK.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
