The phone memory is full - Samsung Galaxy Tab

Cause 1 of 3: If you experience that your phone is running slowly or if applications are not responding, it may be because the memory is full. Follow this guide if your phone is running low on memory.

If there are too many applications open, it may cause an application not to respond.

Solution: Close one or more open applications.

Find "Active applications"

Press Applications.

Step 2 of 6

Find "Active applications"

Press Task Manager.

Step 3 of 6

Find "Active applications"

Press the Active applications tab.

Step 4 of 6

End active applications

To end an application:
Press End next to the required application.

Step 5 of 6

End active applications

To end all applications:
Press End all next to Active applications.

Step 6 of 6

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Applications.

Press Task Manager.

Press the Active applications tab.

2 End active applications

To end an application:
Press End next to the required application.

To end all applications:
Press End all next to Active applications.

3 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
