You can't use Wi-Fi - Samsung Galaxy Tab

Cause 1 of 4: Wi-Fi is turned off in your phone

If Wi-Fi is turned off in your phone, you can't find a Wi-Fi network.

Solution: Turn on Wi-Fi.

Find "Wi-Fi settings"

Press Applications.

Find "Wi-Fi settings"

Press Settings.

Find "Wi-Fi settings"

Press Wireless and network.

Find "Wi-Fi settings"

Press Wi-Fi settings.

Activate Wi-Fi

Press Wi-Fi to activate Wi-Fi.

Activate Wi-Fi

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), Wi-Fi is activated.

Select Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required network.

Select Wi-Fi network

If required, press the field below Password and key in the password.

Step 9 of 10

Select Wi-Fi network

Press Connect.

Step 10 of 10

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Wireless and network.
Press Wi-Fi settings.

2 Activate Wi-Fi

Press Wi-Fi to activate Wi-Fi.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), Wi-Fi is activated.

3 Select Wi-Fi network

A list of Wi-Fi networks within range is displayed.
Press the required network.
If required, press the field below Password and key in the password.
Press Connect.

4 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
