Cause 1 of 6: Bluetooth is turned off on your phone

Bluetooth needs to be turned on on your phone before another Bluetooth device can connect to your phone.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth.

Find "Bluetooth settings"

Press Applications.

Find "Bluetooth settings"

Press Settings.

Find "Bluetooth settings"

Press Wireless and network.

Find "Bluetooth settings"

Press Bluetooth settings.

Activate or deactivate

Press Bluetooth to activate or deactivate Bluetooth.

Activate or deactivate

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), Bluetooth is activated.

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Wireless and network.
Press Bluetooth settings.

2 Activate or deactivate

Press Bluetooth to activate or deactivate Bluetooth.
When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), Bluetooth is activated.

3 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
