Clear browser data

When you use the device's Internet browser, various data is stored temporarily in the browser memory, e.g. cache and cookies. If you have problems loading web pages, clearing this data may help. Follow these instructions to clear browser data.

Press Applications.

Press Browser.

Step 3 of 9

Press the Menu key.

Press Settings.

Step 5 of 9

Press Clear cache.

A copy of the web pages you have visited is saved in the cache. The next time you connect to a previously visited web page, the phone retrieves data from the cache.

Press Yes to confirm.

Press Applications.
Press Browser.
Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.

Press Clear cache.
