Restore factory default settings

When you restore the factory default settings, all personal settings are reset. Follow these instructions to restore the factory default settings.
All device data will be deleted. Data on the SIM card is not deleted.

Step 1 of 6

Press Applications.

Step 2 of 6

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 6

Press Privacy.

Step 4 of 6

Press Factory data reset.

Step 5 of 6

Press Reset phone.

Step 6 of 6

Press Erase everything.
Wait a moment while the device restores the factory default settings.
Follow the instructions on the display to configure the device and prepare it for use.

1. Find "Factory data reset"

Press Applications.
Press Settings.
Press Privacy.
Press Factory data reset.

Press Reset phone.
Press Erase everything.
Wait a moment while the device restores the factory default settings.
