Update device software
You can update the device's software when a new software version is available.
Before updating the device software, it's recommended that you back up the device memory. Click here for information on how to back up the device memory.
1. Find "Software update"
Press Apps.
Press Settings.
Press About device.
Press Software update.
2. Update device software
Press Update.
If a new software version is available, it's displayed.
Follow the instructions on the display to update the device software.
