I can't check my voicemail on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Android 10.0

Cause 1 of 5: Your voicemail hasn't been set up

To check your voicemail, you need to select settings for voicemail.

Solution: 1) Call 0800 MYPHONE to access the main menu.

2) Key in your area code, leaving out 0, and your phone number, e.g. 9123 4567.

3) Key in your temporary PIN (described in the welcome letter you've received) followed by #

4) When asked to key a new 4-digit PIN do so and key in #

5) Follow the verbal instructions to set up your voicemail.
