Cause 2 of 4: Voicemail hasn't been set up
If you haven't selected voicemail settings, you can't receive voice messages.
Solution: 1) Dial 0800 MYPHONE to access the main menu.2) Enter your area code without the 0 and your telephone number,eg 9123 4567.3) Enter your temporary PIN (this is on the welcome letter you received) followed by # 4) When prompted enter a new 4 digit PIN number and then press # 5) Follow the voice prompts to set up your mailbox.
