Cause 1 of 4: The message centre number is incorrect

The message centre ensures that your text message is sent to the recipient. If the wrong message centre number is entered in your phone, the text message can't be sent.

Solution: Enter the correct message centre number.

Find "SMS / MMS"

Press Messages.

Find "SMS / MMS"

Press the Menu key.

Find "SMS / MMS"

Press Settings.

Find "SMS / MMS"

Press the SMS / MMS tab.

Save the message centre number

Press Message Centre.

Save the message centre number

Key in +6421600600 and press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "SMS / MMS"

Press Messages.
Press the Menu key.
Press Settings.
Press the SMS / MMS tab.

2 Save the message centre number

Press Message Centre.
Key in +6421600600 and press OK.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
