Cause 2 of 9: Bluetooth is turned off on your phone

You need to turn on Bluetooth before you can connect to another Bluetooth device.

Solution: Turn on Bluetooth.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press the menu icon.

Step 2 of 6

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Settings.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Bluetooth.

Step 4 of 6

Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the indicator below Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth on or off.

Step 5 of 6

Turn Bluetooth on or off

When the indicator turns green, Bluetooth is turned on.

Step 6 of 6

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Bluetooth"

Press the menu icon.
Press Settings.
Press Bluetooth.

2 Turn Bluetooth on or off

Press the indicator below Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth on or off.
When the indicator turns green, Bluetooth is turned on.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
