Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 707 to check your voice messages.

Find "Voice mail number"

Press Menu.

Find "Voice mail number"

Scroll to Messages and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Find "Voice mail number"

Scroll to Voice mail number and press the Navigation key.

Save the voicemail number

Press the Navigation key and key in the required name.

Scroll to Centre address and key in 707

Save the voicemail number

Press the Navigation key.

Step 8 of 8

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Press Menu.

Scroll to Messages and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Voice mail number and press the Navigation key.

2 Save the voicemail number

Press the Navigation key and key in the required name.

Scroll to Centre address and key in 707

Press the Navigation key.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
