I can't make voice calls on my MobiWire Dakota Proprietary OS

Cause 7 of 14: The selected network mode is not available

If you've set your phone to use a specific network mode, it can't get a network connection if the selected network mode is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network mode selection.

Step 1 of 3

Select network mode

Press and hold Disconnect.

Step 2 of 3

Select network mode

Select the network mode icon to switch between 2G and 3G.

Step 3 of 3

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Select the network mode icon to switch between 2G and 3G.
There may be different network modes available depending on where you are. Depending on the network mode selected, your phone will always find the network with the highest data speed and best signal.

2 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
