Turn your device on and off

Follow these instructions to turn your device on and off.
Before you can use your device, you need to insert your SIM. Click here for information on how to insert your SIM.

Turn on your device

Press and hold On/Off until your device is turned on.

Enter PIN

Drag the arrow right.

The PIN is used to protect your SIM from unauthorised use. Click here for more information about the PIN.
If you enter an incorrect PIN three times in a row, your SIM will be blocked.

Enter PIN

Press Unlock.

Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press OK.

SIM rejected

If the display tells you that your SIM is not accepted, you may have a faulty SIM or SIM reader. Your device can also locked to another operator. Contact this operator for further information.

Press and hold On/Off.

Drag the arrow right to turn off your device.
