Divert calls to voicemail

Your price plan includes voicemail where callers can leave a voice message when you don't answer a call. Follow these instructions to divert calls to your voicemail.
Before you can divert calls to your voicemail, you need to save the voicemail number. Click here for information on how to save the voicemail number.

Step 1 of 14

Find "Call forwarding"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

Select divert type

Highlight one of the following options:
All calls

Forwarding if unreachable

Select divert type

Forwarding if no answer

Select divert type

Forwarding if busy

Select divert type

Press the Navigation key.

Divert calls to voicemail

Scroll to Activate and press the Navigation key.

If you choose to divert all calls, the divert icon is displayed in standby mode.

Scroll to To voicemail and press the Navigation key.

If you choose to divert all calls, the divert icon is displayed in standby mode.

If you chose Forwarding if no answer in step 2, you need to select a delay for the divert:

Highlight the required period and press the Navigation key.

If you choose to divert all calls, the divert icon is displayed in standby mode.

Exit

Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Call forwarding and press the Navigation key.

2. Select divert type

Highlight one of the following options:
All calls
Forwarding if unreachable
Forwarding if no answer
Forwarding if busy
Press the Navigation key.

3. Divert calls to voicemail

Scroll to Activate and press the Navigation key.
If you choose to divert all calls, the divert icon is displayed in standby mode.
Scroll to To voicemail and press the Navigation key.
If you choose to divert all calls, the divert icon is displayed in standby mode.
If you chose Forwarding if no answer in step 2, you need to select a delay for the divert:

4. Exit
